Theta Delta Sigma although a social organization in nature has a strong community service program as well. We believe that the best way to get involved in our community and to educate others on the importance of diversity, multiculturalism and cultural awareness is through providing service to the people who we represent.

Theta Delta Sigma was founded to aid and to provide assistance to disadvantaged children, youth, and their families. The society's first service commitment was a volunteer babysitting program which provided low income families with a free and dependable babysitter. This service has been discontinued however, Theta Delta Sigma continues to be involved in the lives of the youth through association with the following programs:

Today, the members of Theta Delta Sigma Society, Inc. have participated in various service projects. Many of our activities are linked to the philanthropy of Theta Delta Sigma Society, Inc. but we are heavily involved in other areas as well. We have provided service in the areas of education, mentorship, culture, health, and environment.

As, Theta Delta Sigma grows larger in membership we hope to increasingly do more for our community. We are always looking for new service projects for our members to participate in.
